Ciascun seminario esamina una specifica casistica allo scopo di fornire al professionista e all’operatore i necessari strumenti conoscitivi e valutativi del proprio e dell’altrui comportamento.
Il volume di fonti e materiali costituisce l’imprescindibile supporto didattico dei seminari.

“European Capital Markets Law: Problems and Cases”

Conference organised by the Centre for Law and Finance (CRELE) and the Free University of Bozen
The aim of the conference was to discuss current topics raised by some recent European cases in the areas of securities law and corporate governance. Cases were analyzed from a law and economics perspective in order to outline a common core of relevant legal issues in this field and to investigate the reasons for differences emerging at national level.

“Cases in Securities Litigation and Corporate Governance”

Conference organised by the Centre for Law and Finance (CRELE) and the Free University of Bozen
The aim of the conference was to bring together academics and securities litigation practitioners to discuss the law and economics of some of the most significant US and European recent cases concerning securities law and corporate governance. Court decisions were discussed from different angles and national perspectives, in order either to outline a common core of judicial trends in this area and highlight differences both at transatlantic and European level.
